JC Building is a Solihull-based building services contractor specialising in planned maintenance, decoration and refurbishment across managed estates. We work mainly in retirement-living and occupied residential schemes - where doing the job well means doing it considerately: around residents, to schedule, and with minimal disruption to daily life.
